What are Mixer®concentrate puree mixes and how are they produced?


Fruit has simply changed shape and has become "bottled fruit"


Mixer® concentrate puree mixes represent the great evolution of the syrup for cocktails and have absolutely become the best alternative to fresh fruit when needed to be mixed. The concentrated puree mix solves the problems of finding fruit when seasonally not available. It also resolves the lack of flavour in seasonal fresh fruit and the waste of unused product at end of the night.

Since the outset, our company’s goal has always been the proposal of an efficient solution for the preparation of perfect cocktails for all those bartenders and barladies, offering them a high quality product that could reduce waste,  that could speed up the work and that could particularly answer the problem of  the off flavoured and watered final drink because of an increasingly poor and tasteless fresh fruit.
